Auto Rickshaw Hood Fitting
Old hood off, new printed rexine hood on — measured, stitched and fitted by our own team, not a subcontractor. One auto or a fleet of five thousand.

What Hood Fitting Includes
Auto rickshaw hood fitting is the practical end of the job: taking the old, sun-bleached hood off a rickshaw and mounting a freshly printed and stitched one in its place. Most operators come to us for it in one of two situations — the existing hood has faded past the point of looking professional, or a new advertising campaign is going live and the whole fleet needs to change over at once.
The fitting itself is only as good as what comes before it. A hood cut to the wrong measurement will sag at the corners within weeks; rexine below the 500-600 GSM range will crack through one monsoon. Because we print, stitch and fit under one roof, the measurement taken at the start is the measurement the finished hood is built to — nothing is lost handing the job between a printer, a tailor and a fitter.
Every fitted rickshaw is photographed with GPS coordinates. If you are running a fleet campaign, that means you can see exactly which autos carry your branding and where they are on the road, rather than taking a fitter's word for it.
How the Fitting Works
Four steps from measurement to a rickshaw back on the road.
Measure & Confirm
We check the rickshaw frame and confirm the panel sizes so the finished hood sits tight, with no sag at the corners.
Print the Rexine
Your artwork is solvent-printed onto 500-600 GSM rexine — the grade that survives sun and monsoon without the colour washing out.
Stitch the Panels
Back, left, right and top panels are stitched into a single hood with reinforced edges at the mounting points.
Fit on the Rickshaw
The old hood comes off, the new one goes on, and every fitted rickshaw is photographed with GPS coordinates as proof.
Standard Hood Panel Sizes
The dimensions every hood is cut and stitched to. Supply artwork with 3mm bleed and keep logos and phone numbers inside the safe margin.
Printed on 500-600 GSM rexine with solvent inks. Sizes are standard across most rickshaw models — unusual frames are measured individually before printing.
Why Fitting Quality Matters
Stitched, Not Stapled
Reinforced edges at every mounting point, so the hood holds its shape instead of tearing at the frame.
In-House Printing
Solvent print on 500-600 GSM rexine. No handoff between printer, tailor and fitter means no lost measurement.
GPS-Verified Proof
A photograph of every fitted rickshaw with live GPS coordinates — useful when the fleet runs into thousands.
